Snorkelling on the coral reef

There is an activity centre on the resort and there is a whole host of different activities available, and today we chose to go snorkelling in the bay as there is some magnificent coral reef with a huge variety of fish, so we got our flippers and mask on and head off into the water, no pics sorry as iPad's are not waterproof......yet!
This is the first time I've been snorkelling but Gem used to do it with her dad and we were soon flipping long hand in hand, partially swallowing sea water and trying not too choke as we pointed at fish we were too scared to get actually close to so just paddled along on the surface! Yep we have snorkelled over a coral reef!


We were supposed to go diving on Cham island whilst in hoi an but we checked the weather forecast today and there is a storm heading towards hoi an so we booked the snorkelling and paddle boarding at six senses instead, so many thanks to Kev and Kate for this, a gorgeous hot day and beautiful setting to give both activities a go.
